PRICING APPROACH

Price the operation you need with every cost driver visible.

We scope talent, management, channels, technology, usage, and integrations separately so you can see what drives the investment.

THREE PRICING MODELS

Different work should be priced differently.

Final pricing follows a written scope. These models explain the structure and are not a binding quote.

01 / DEDICATED TALENT

Virtual assistant

Usually based on committed capacity and the role’s skill, schedule, complexity, and management needs.

  • Weekly or monthly capacity
  • Role specialization
  • Coverage window
  • Backup and coordination
  • Managed by you or supported by us

03 / AI + TECHNOLOGY

Voice and systems

May combine discovery, setup, integration, usage, licenses, hosting, call minutes, and ongoing administration.

  • Conversation and call flow design
  • Integrations and data actions
  • Usage and outside services
  • Testing and launch support
  • Monitoring and change requests

WHAT CHANGES THE QUOTE

The six variables behind the number.

Clear assumptions make pricing more accurate and later changes easier to manage.

01

Capacity

Hours, coverage window, concurrency, seasonality, response expectations, and forecast confidence.

02

Complexity

Number of workflows, judgment required, exceptions, knowledge depth, languages, and customer sensitivity.

03

Talent

Role profile, specialization, experience, schedule, recruiting difficulty, backup, and leadership.

04

Technology

Licenses, hosting, dialers, numbers, usage, AI minutes, integrations, security, and administration.

05

Management

Training, documentation, supervision, quality review, reporting, meetings, and change control.

06

Launch

Discovery, migration, configuration, recruiting, content preparation, testing, dependencies, and timeline.

PRICING FAQ

Know what the quote includes.

Your proposal will identify staffing, management, technology, usage, setup, and any outside provider costs.

Why do you not publish one standard price?

A virtual assistant role, managed support queue, AI receptionist, and complete call center have different staffing, supervision, technology, volume, and risk. A responsible quote separates those cost drivers instead of hiding them in one hourly number.

Can you quote a pilot?

Yes. When suitable, we can define a smaller first phase with clear assumptions, deliverables, limits, and a review point before the scope expands.

Are phone, dialer, AI, or carrier costs included?

Only when the proposal says so. Independent software licenses, usage, numbers, call minutes, carrier services, hosting, integrations, and setup may be separate line items.

What information is needed for a quote?

The intended outcome, tasks or call types, hours, expected volume, channels, systems, access, language, service level, supervision, reporting, and launch timing. Estimates improve as those details become concrete.
