RESPONSIBLE OPERATIONS / AUGUST 7, 2026
Acceptable use policy.
Our people, AI, dialers, and partner connections may not be used to hide, deceive, harass, or bypass the rules that protect customers and communications networks.
This policy sets baseline restrictions for MY-VA services. A proposal, service agreement, platform, carrier, or applicable law may impose additional requirements. The client is responsible for ensuring its business, data, audiences, instructions, offers, scripts, and campaigns are lawful.
Prohibited activity
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, deceptive caller identity, or materially misleading claims.
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, stalking, or repeated contact after a valid opt-out.
- Unlawful telemarketing, robocalling, AI-generated voice, prerecorded messages, recording, or bulk messaging.
- Calling or messaging lists obtained, shared, enriched, or used without an appropriate legal basis.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, security circumvention, or abusive network traffic.
- Processing highly sensitive or regulated data outside an expressly approved workflow and agreement.
- Content or actions that infringe privacy, intellectual property, consumer, employment, or other rights.
- Traffic prohibited by a platform, carrier, number provider, termination partner, or destination network.
Outbound and AI voice requirements
Before launch, the client must disclose the audience, data source, purpose, offer, technology, jurisdictions, calling windows, consent or other legal basis, do-not-call and suppression approach, caller identification, recording plan, required disclosures, opt-out process, and recordkeeping. Material changes require review.
Useful starting points include the FCC ruling on AI-generated voices and the FTC guidance on the Telemarketing Sales Rule. They are not a substitute for advice about a specific campaign or jurisdiction.
Data and access
Provide only data reasonably needed for the approved workflow. Do not share credentials through ordinary messages when a secure access method is available. Client systems should use individual accounts, least privilege, appropriate authentication, logging, and timely removal of access.
Enforcement
MY-VA may pause, reject, or terminate activity that appears unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, abusive, technically harmful, inconsistent with this policy, or prohibited by a provider. We may request substantiation such as consent records, data-source documentation, scripts, policies, registrations, or legal review before work starts or resumes.
Report a concern
Report suspected misuse involving MY-VA to info@my-va.net with relevant numbers, dates, times, messages, and other evidence. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
